Deepen your yoga practice with Yoga Nidra – the sleep of the Yogi. Learn how to navigate your brain waves into deep conscious relaxation and focus your attention to become lovingly aware of what’s going on inside you.

Yoga Nidra is considered to be the meditative heart of Yoga. It is a wonderful, effortless and deeply relaxing practice with amazing healing qualities. The process of “dreaming wakefulness” or “waking dreaming” makes deep transformation possible, even in one session.

During this workshop we will include a restorative yoga flow.
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.

Yoga Nidra and restorative is fantastic for those with health issues or emotional or spiritual issues. It can help if you have problems sleeping or if you experience chronic pain. It is truly an enlightening practice where you can
come home to your higher, fullest self.

You do not need anything special to practice Yoga Nidra. You will lay down and relax as an expert guide you through the process.
