A Weekend of Master Classes
w/ Kerri Verna

FRIDAY: Mindful Movements – The Art of Vinyasa
7:00PM-9:00PM

Kerri will take you through her signature 75-minute power vinyasa class and give you the tools to design your own practice through mindful sequencing. Whether you want to learn for your personal home practice or you are a teacher yourself, this workshop is designed to show you how to move mindfully as you strengthen and stretch your body and build your endurance. As a special addition, Kerri will hold a Q&A following the practice.  All levels are welcome and will feel comfortable in this fun and educational workshop!

SATURDAY: Strong & Bendy
11:00AM-1:30PM
Do you wish to gain both strength and flexibility in your practice? We tend to have more of one than the other. Learn how one supports the other and how you can become both! In this workshop, Kerri will teach you her training drills and flexibility secrets that she uses – beyond the scope of her yoga practice – to help you gain strength and flexibility in your entire body.  You will learn simple, unique and effective exercises that will make you stronger and more flexible for more advanced postures such as backbends, forward bends and inversions. Learn to be STRONG and BENDY! This workshop is open to all levels!

Hips & Hamstrings
2:30PM-5:00PM
Do you have tight or inflexible hips and/or hamstrings? Do you sit for most of the day? Do you struggle with forward bending or folding your legs into lotus pose? In this workshop, we will identify why our hips and hamstrings are tight and learn new ways to unlock and strengthen them. All levels welcome!

As a wife, mother of two young boys, inspirational speaker and photographer, her life represents the full integration of everything that she loves.
