Raised on the coast of Georgia, Jessica Taylor has grown up a salty air, water baby.
Her love for the ocean and being outdoors made teaching Stand-up Paddle yoga a natural progression. As a certified SUP Yoga Instructor, WPA level 1 instructor, and brand ambassador for BOGA YOGA, Jessica followed her passion into starting her own business with her husband in Savannah, GA. Jessica and Ryan now lead classes, trainings, and retreats through their company.
Jessica offers a dynamic Vinyasa flow class integrating breath and proper alignment, while applying the most emphasis on having fun. Movement has always been Lara’s favorite form of medicine, beginning with her early years as an athlete and dancer, then on to Graduate School for physical therapy.
Combining her love of anatomy and movement, she developed YogaStream – a challenging and playfully creative yoga method that emphasizes alignment, intelligent sequencing, and functional movement.
She aims to teach from a sustainable and strong vantage point, using her knowledge as a movement specialist to help all practice yoga safely.
A lover of inversions (never having tried a handstand until her mid-30’s!), she emphasizes a powerful core to access the deep potential for growth in the body and mind.
