Living on the coast of Georgia, Ryan has been involved in many water sport activities revolved around the ocean, from wakeboarding and skimboarding to sea kayaking and surfing.

His true passion for teaching others began during the summer of 2002 as an ACA Coastal Kayak Instructor off the coast Tybee Island, GA. Today, his passion for teaching continues as the evolution of Stand-up Paddle Boarding rapidly grows. Ryan has lead overnight trips down the Georgia coast and NE Florida and has competed in SUP Surf competitions from South Carolina to South Florida. Ryan believes that being on the water is all about cross-training and reducing stress from our day-to-day lives.

Ryan integrates his love for the water into his style of teaching. He has an innate ability to understand and explain technique in a clear and concise manner. His coaching style is uplifting and direct to efficiently improve the individual skill level of each student, from beginners to experienced surfers, creating a fun environment for all. You can find Ryan SUP Surfing most days or just enjoying the outdoors and life at the beach.

Raised on the coast of Georgia, Jessica Taylor has grown up a salty air, water baby.

Her love for the ocean and being outdoors made teaching Stand-up Paddle yoga a natural progression.  As a certified SUP Yoga Instructor, WPA level 1 instructor, and brand ambassador for BOGA YOGA, Jessica followed her passion into starting her own business with her husband in Savannah, GA.  Jessica and Ryan now lead classes, trainings, and retreats through their company.

Jessica offers a dynamic Vinyasa flow class integrating breath and proper alignment, while applying the most emphasis on having fun. With focus on a strong foundation, Jessica’s creative sequencing makes challenging balance poses and inversions more accessible.  Her outgoing personality and southern charm create a welcoming environment for all levels to play and enjoy the natural benefits of yoga and Stand-up Paddle Boarding. Jessica is also a yoga and SUP yoga guide on the online yoga platform, oneOeight.com.

Movement has always been Lara’s favorite form of medicine, beginning with her early years as an athlete and dancer, then on to Graduate School for physical therapy.

Combining her love of anatomy and movement, she developed YogaStream – a challenging and playfully creative yoga method that emphasizes alignment, intelligent sequencing, and functional movement.

She aims to teach from a sustainable and strong vantage point, using her knowledge as a movement specialist to help all practice yoga safely.

A lover of inversions (never having tried a handstand until her mid-30’s!), she emphasizes a powerful core to access the deep potential for growth in the body and mind.

Swedish native Rachel Brathen is a New York Times best-selling author, serial entrepreneur, and international yoga teacher residing in Aruba.

After graduating school in Stockholm, she traveled to Costa Rica. It was here that she found the joy of incorporating yoga into her everyday life. Deepening her yoga practice and taking her first steps toward teaching, she moved to Central America and spent years exploring the intricate studies of yoga and spirituality.

After moving to Aruba in early 2010, she started teaching yoga full time. Her classes are a dynamic Vinyasa Flow, integrating alignment, core work, and breathing techniques with basic poses and creative sequencing.
