TEACHER TRAININGS

Our founder, Rachel Brathen, creates life-changing experiences wherever she goes in the world. In the Caribbean paradise of Aruba, Rachel now offers a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training.

Held at Island Yoga and led by the one and only Yoga Girl^®, this 23-day immersive training is designed to fully prepare you to teach the ancient science of yoga from an authentic place of inspiration, education, creativity, and compassion. We believe it is just as much about intelligent alignment as it is about your connection with your own heart – and the voice you allow it to share.

Our RYS-200 Teacher Training offers the highest standards of content and exploration. You will dive deep into yoga philosophy and history, anatomy and physiology, sequencing and speaking, safe assisting and modifying for diverse populations, how to turn your sacred passion into a supportive career, and much more. Upon completion and passing of all examinations, you will receive an Island Yoga 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, granting you eligibility to register with globally recognized Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200.
